NJPFA no longer participates in network with commercial insurance carriers. We apologize for the inconvenience however, we will provide you with the necessary coded, paid, billing statement for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.

We encourage all of our potential patients to contact your insurance company directly and verify that your benefit your plan has "out of network" benefits. 

It is imperative that you verify approval with written confirmation or telephone call reference number when the it is provided.  This will ensure direct reimbursement and ease any confusion when submitting your claims. Our office cannot be held responsible for information incorrectly relayed to you by their representatives. Since we do not have access to your plan, we are unable to verify benefits and/or reimbursement.
