Dana is the newest addition to New Jersey Pediatric Feeding Association & Therapy Center, LLC. Dana joined the team for her extensive 15 years of occupational therapy experience in sensory integration/processing, coordination, fine/gross motor delay, activities of daily living, and hand splinting. Dana utilizes skills acquired from continuing education and experience with Handwriting without Tears TM , How Does Your Engine Run TM, Interactive Metronome TM, Neuro-Developemental Treatment to name a few.
Dana provides evaluations, interventions and consultations in the following areas:

Dana is firm in her belief that you treat the child not the disorder, she encourages family participation and collaborates on goal direction and acquit ion. Dana graduated from the University of Hartford with a Minor in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1996. Occupational Therapy has taught her the importance of patience, determination, caring for not only the child but the family unit.
Before joining New Jersey Pediatric Feeding Associates in 2010, Dana worked in numerous settings including acute care hospitals, rehabs, outpatient clinics, Early Intervention, and homecare.
Dana Schrager, OTR/L is licensed in the state of New Jersey, NBCOT, and is a certified NJ School Therapist. Dana is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association.
